Spiritually Fit
Freedom doesn’t happen by accident. Just like physical strength requires training, discipline, and consistency, spiritual strength must be intentionally developed.
In this powerful Freedom Friday message, Pastor Michael teaches what it means to become spiritually fit and prepared for the battles ahead. Using physical fitness as a picture of spiritual growth, he challenges believers to stop simply appreciating what Jesus accomplished on the cross and begin applying it to their lives. Through repentance, deliverance, spiritual warfare, and the authority of Jesus Christ, we can confront the things that have kept us bound and grow stronger in our spirit, mind, relationships, and walk with God.
Pastor Michael also breaks down a practical process for pursuing freedom: recognize, repent, renounce, resist, and refill. Freedom is not always a one-time experience—it is a process of allowing God to expose what is hidden, taking ownership of it, and continually filling your life with His truth, righteousness, joy, and peace.
The freer you become, the stronger you become—and the more effectively you can walk in the purpose God has for your life.
