9/14/25: Sabbatical Sunday

Sep 14, 2025    Michael Rozell

In this message, we’re challenged to actively pursue God’s best by cultivating eight key practices that position us for His fullness. At the center of it all is a life fixed on Jesus 24/7—using Him as our standard for every choice, thought, and action.

We’re reminded that the Holy Spirit is not just a concept but a living, active presence, and we’re called to deepen our relationship with Him daily. This teaching highlights the importance of quickly obeying God’s voice, prioritizing eternal over temporary concerns, and allowing God—not our own preferences—to guide our decisions.

Though not tied to one passage, the message echoes the truths of Matthew 6:33 (“seek first the Kingdom”) and Galatians 5:16 (“walk by the Spirit”). As we put these principles into practice, we open ourselves to God’s perfect will and set the stage for His powerful work in our lives and communities.
